Give your customers the option to buy now online or reserve a vehicle and complete their purchase in the dealership.
Your customers can simply take a vehicle off sale by paying a normal fee to reserve a vehicle and prevent it from being sold. Once the deposit is taken, the vehicle is marked as reserved and no other consumer can buy it for a period of 72 hours.
The retailer holding the stock is notified on the reservation and will communicate with the consumer to arrange an appointment to complete the sales process.
If the vehicle is not suitable for the consumer and an alternative is not able to be sourced, a full refund of the reservation fee will be provided back to the consumer.
