Modix Platform Privacy Notice
The Modix group of companies is a global leader in online marketing and sales solutions for the automobile sector. Solutions built on the Modix Platform use a range of technologies to deliver automotive digital marketing services. These solutions are purpose-built for our customers and subject to separate and individualised contracts.

The Modix Platform collects data on behalf of our customers as end-users navigate a website. This data is collected through cookies (see definition below) and includes the standard information from your browser such as browser type, browser language, referral URL, page views, actions taken on the site, and date/time of the server request. This data is then reported to our clients so they can better understand and serve their end-users and the automotive market.
